Can't even believe something like this went to court, CW5 Jack Cardwell. I never gave my parents such cause, but believe me, if my parents had wanted me out of the house, I'm fairly certain my father would have found a convincing way without going to court! Ridiculous!

Real question is why did parents provide situation that made him want to stay? Long before his age I had no desire to be living at home.
