I have a similar reaction. Glyphosate has been studied extensively and the broad scientific consensus is that it is neither genotoxic nor carcinogenic. The threshold exposure for acute toxicity is so high that it would require deliberate effort to get there.
Unfortunately, too few science reporters have adequate background to understand what they are reporting on.

I use roundup and nothing grows where I spray it for a while. I don't know how you could spray it on crops and it would only kill the weeds. If you want to know why it is so prevalent in the environment..........watch the video. Thats been going on for almost 100 years. Interestingly they only found a link to cancer and all these cancer deaths just show up in the last 10-15 years. Yeah something left out of the story................those damn Canadians again!!!! And all this time the Liberals told us they were environmentalists.

There is no scientific link between Roundup and cancer. Where did you get the idea that there was?
Roundup was first used in 1976, that is not even slightly near to 100 years, it isnopt even half that
The plants that are used with roundup are either naturally resistant or bred/modified to be so
Doing your research on Youtube on things like this leads to some pretty silly mistakes
