And do you know the real reason why people do not pass security checks, or security clearances? NO, most people will not know why...but the subject of the investigation knows...often long before the investigators.

Everyone is upset about not having the insider program working when Green on Green shootings happen, and Snowden, and Reality Winner. But, then we want to be kind and realize we just let in more threats. You can not have it both ways. Vetting those inside the wire is important. Not all will make it.
