Why should we tighten restrictions when we've seen that it only makes matters worse?

Criminals do not care about laws. They will still get the guns regardless of how tough they are. And making tougher gun laws only increases the chances of criminals of doing more harm.

It's not always easy to accept the fact that you don't have the power to stop certain things from happening... however at some point these people need to realize that they can't stop gun violence.
