The problem with this is that we, the United States have reduced our emissions drastically. And there are more changes coming. For example we have reduced emissions on Semis by 80%. With no real loss of power. There are plans to get even more done. Coal plant emissions are almost non existent. The cost factor of these has been born by the consumer. As it always is. Climate change needs to move to China, Russia and many third world countries who could care less. Even more needs to be done in Europe. We have been led to believe we are the only problem. No one wants to look at the rest of the world.

White House website implies that the new administration does not believe in that.
