One of the strangest situations in the history of espionage from start to finish and continuing on. I say, let him go to Israel and stop punishing him, 30 years in prison seems like time served despite the crimes he committed.

Capt Dwayne Conyers He Had a "Life" Sentence and In His Case We Meant It. He is on "Parole" So He Can't Leave the Country. His Case has been Weird from the Get Go though. When He Was Caught, He Actually Outran his Pursuers and Crashed His Car into the Gate at the Israeli Embassy all they had to do was grab him but they Basically Let Us Take Him. I Say Let Him Go. He is Just an Administrative Burden on this Country at this Point.
