Ok I do blame these folk for making it so easy and attractive to get to...HOWEVER, there is some culpability on the parents for letting their "CHILDREN" have cell phones without monitoring what they are watching and doing. They are minors and it is the parents responsibility to know what is going on with them not societies problem...that is an easy blame. My daughter didn't have a cell phone until we thought she was mature enough to have it...we also gave it to her with the caveat that we can see it anytime and see what you are viewing.
