A Spike In Liver Disease Deaths Among Young Adults Fueled By Alcohol

I made my feelings on this topic pretty clear a couple of days ago. Nobody's going to stop until they want to. Suicide by bottle is a fairly easy albeit lengthy one.

I have recently greatly reduced the amount I drink. Thankfully, it has been easier than I thought it would be. Articles like this make me think about cutting it even more.

A serious condition that may develop as a result of years of binge drinking. Although I rarely drink now, I fear that it will come back to haunt me down the road. Most young adults are to concerned with having fun instead of taking care of their bodies.

You need your liver and your not always going to get a transplant...not something to rely on.
