In my view I believe it will make things worse! We have enough fake B.S. surrounding us, we don't need to be lead down a primrose path by AI equipment!!!

Lt Col Charlie Brown It may make them "sound" more American but will it correct their poor grammar? Additionally, they should program it to stop the constant, "Sorry for your wait" and "I apologize for that." That's not want I want to hear! I want them to fix or take care of the issue, that's all.
