Entry level Business Analyst contract position working with one of the largest employers in Phoenix. In this role, you will be investigating, adjusting and completing time sensitive transactions.
Major Accountabilities : 
• Analyze bill exceptions to independently determine corrective actions
• Adhere to all billing practices and procedures as determined by the client
• Meet all key performance expectations for productivity, quality assurance, and audit
• Accurately account for work completed, work bypassed, and time invested by tracking software
Skills and Requirements: 
• Familiarity navigating complex software environments Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technological field Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• The ability to analyze complex problems and make sound decisions in a time constrained environment
• The ability to work well in a team oriented atmosphere
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing protocols set by the client
