Hummm, sounds like a plan to me.

So a Federal employee who was supporting his wife as a husband during her political campaign is a crime? Was he wearing FBI labeled clothing? Wonder how he introduced himself to any potential donors? Was he participating at events as member of the FBI or as a husband? I'm confused as to how a spouse can support their spouse?
From OSC.gov:
"May not engage in political activity — i.e., activity directed at the success or failure of a political party, candidate for partisan political office, or partisan political group — while the employee is on duty, in any federal room or building, while wearing a uniform or official insignia, or using any federally owned or leased vehicle."

MAJ James Woods - That's why I think this is so stupid. He was wearing a political shirt (as I understand it) while at a fundraising event with his wife.
