Matt left out a couple of items. The prep lead the police on a high speed chase. Spent shell casings was found at the location the officer reported being fired upon. He then jumped out of a moving vehicle when he was surrounded wearing a full ski mask. Ran from the cops and turned suddenly. All of this is on the body cams. suicide by cop or he was very stupid.

MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. - First, I really haven't found an official round count yet, just the initial report. There were 8 Officers involved in the shooting and the Body Cams certainly point out that they all were shooting.

I read that the gun with out bullets was found in the car with spent casing. It is my understanding the cops saw him fire at least one shot at them. Once again excuse the criminals.

LTC David Brown - The footage from the camera in the cruiser are pretty clear that he fired at the officer. And yes, they did find at least one casing.

Sgt (Join to see) - nope look at officer that shot Michael Brown. Ended up losing his job and tried in court. He was attacked by Michael Brown.
