good Piece and great Plans... the Problem is its a Tribal reagion and no one has been able to do Much from the Brits to the Soviets and Now the US/UN As long as Islam and the Religious Leaders are Ruling from the Shadows its going to be questionable at Best...

That area has had so much strife over the last few hundreds of years that it will be difficult to contain. The tribal infighting runs deep. Hopefully this program can succeed where others have failed.
