Before my total perm disability, I helped with assists on considerable urologic surgery, I !merely thought to mention that...I'd expect I'd be a very serious blend of urology with plastics, maybe GI surgery as well...I only mention that, as I'd assisted with a pretty varied set of cases, and can certainly envision the nature of it, I'd expect there was considerable peripheral nerve surgery as well as most likely ortho and spinal involved as well, from what I'd envision...I realize completely it's a serious article, o get that, I just figured to offer some perspective that'# all, honest....

I appreciate your thought, of course...I hadn't thought about that aspect, certainly, though in understand why you suggest it...obviously, I'd only mentioned all that as merely a thought given the article, however, I entirely fathom your point...obviously, having 14 yrs of clinical traininggomso totally down the tubes wasn't enjoyable, however, there was nothing my wife and I could do, you might've seen I send in stuff about trying to volunteer, with various groups, all vet or svd related...please realize, I obv never mind speaking about staff to help, I have no problem, of course wit others picking my brain, I live for such discussions, God just wired me that way I guess, however, I as I'd said, do appreciate the thought, certainly...sometimes, my mind tends to overwhelm people, also how God wired me, I suppose, I gather you've likely seen some of my tortuously long answers, lol...those are of course !ere examples, obviously, lol....
