After Syria, Putin's next move could be Libya

This is going to be a mess. Libya is not really a country. It was put together long ago, but was originally 3 tribes. When Qaddafi died it went back to 3 tribes, and if you look at the "faction borders" you will see the east, west and south, drawn on the old tribe borders. It might be best to break it up into three countries. (Easier to fight or defend a small country in the future.)

It gets even more complicated as some of the neighbors don't want to see three tribes, for example Turkey has no interest in an independent Kurdistan.

True, but I did not recall Kurds being in LY.

SSgt GG-15 RET Jim Lint - Jim, sorry, sometimes we read what we expect to be there instead of what is actually there. Iraq is what I was referring to but isn't anywhere there.
