nothing but hardcore studs... coaching and mentoring are great, but the mental toughness is what will get you through the suck when the suck comes. You have to know you can go beyond and that there is another gear in you. I'm only one article deep into my knowledge of the USAF program -- good luck with this everybody gets a trophy approach

You either have what it takes or You don't. I see nothing wrong with "Gate Keeping" in this type of school. I don't want Mr. "Don't give voice to Your pain" leading a group of escapees anywhere, because He's going to crack under pressure.
