After World War II, tens of thousands of U.S. soldiers mutinied — and won

Now that's the way to protest.

I remember hearing our parents and relatives discussing these incidents in the early 50's at family gatherings etc. (so many of them were veterans).

We have laws, we have events/incidents, riots and all flavors of military or civilian disobedience. When they occur we have processes to deal with them. In the military, we have the Courts Martial and in the civilian domain the criminal courts. Short of an execution, laws provide a remedy for excess along the way or after the fact.

Ultimately, we also need to remember We-The-People are the government. Authorities, elected or appointed officials are only our servants. Sooner or later we figure it out and hopefully justice prevails.
