To bad.. could have beat the Charges with a Stress defense... VA disability given... I hope he and his gunner didn't blow kids away under Obama... easy for everyone to judge.. That's why I hate JAG...

What exactly does your hate of JAG have to do with what happened here? The article says the CPT fled while awaiting sentencing. That means he had already been found guilty by the jury (panel). Which means he actually committed the crimes he was charged with. It also says he was charged with possession, wrongful use and distribution of drugs; assault; fraternization; and conduct unbecoming an officer. So you “hate JAG” why, exactly? Because the prosecutor did his/her job in holding an officer accountable for committing serious violations of the UCMJ?
