Now let's see if big AF follows up with military, civilian and contractor billets along with funding to make a difference or is this only a façade to scratch an itch without addressing the underlying issues of years of neglect of EW and spectrum warfare.

That in my opinion is a major threat that definitely needs a huge investment to protect the USA.
