you hit it on the Nose... Over weight Under powered Lat on delivery and way over Budget...
The Technology is almost 20 years old and the Can Chi-Coms are further along and Got better Plans for someone...
The F-35 is a Pig in a Poke... It's the same thing as the M-60 Tank a stop gap and rushed into production because the Commanders in the Nose Bleed Section were looking the other way...
interesting... great Plan looks Like there is enough time to get it ready
