Don’t like the man or his politics, but for consistency I believe in “the presumption of innocence “ just like I did in Moore’s case. There IS however more REAL evidence in the Franken case. IE: photographic. It’s gonna be tough for any AND every man who even looked crosswise at a woman for the next year at least. Wonder if you can by sexual harassment accusation insurance???

I question the photo evidence. One photo and not clear if he's even physically touching the body armor. Second photo that's upper body shot so we can't see where his hand is. Third photo shows his hand on her arm not her breast. Anonymous accusers haven't had their evidence published.
So how are you saying we have significant photographic evidence? By the way, current government SHARP training has scenarios where a man meets a woman in a bar, they drink, she invites him back to her place, she kisses him; if he chooses to go for it. Next morning, she accuses him of taking advantage of her, she was drunk and not capable of giving consent. For the last few years now, we are telling government and military personnel even saying yes while alcohol is involved is still not consent. That's how bad it has gotten.

MAJ James Woods - I sincerely hope on the backside of this there is a comprehensive training on what is and what is not acceptable. It is to the point now, where decent men are afraid to even give a complement to a woman. I am not talking assault, because that is obvious, but there are a lot of cases where lawyers have ruined men's lives over spurious accusations.... I mean if we need to have a notarized contract signed step by step of a courtship, then that makes things a little awkward! Ha ha...

LT Brad McInnis - That's where things are moving towards when we're equating unwanted kiss between coworkers at a bar to sexual misconduct and assault that is criminal in nature. This example is in reference to the NYT journalist who decided he was interested in a fellow female journalist, she rejected, he withdrew, should of been end of story but the woman's friend decided accuses him years later of sexual misconduct. Bad state of affairs we're in.

Yeah we're totally seeing them hiding, not calling for investigations, not apologizing, making excuses, using the bible and other excuses for the behavior of their colleagues.

Both sides are acting like children using the "what about them?" argument. Many dems have called for an investigation into Franklin including Franklin himself, just as many Republicans have called for Moore to step down. Once people get over this dem vs rep bull shit and realize both sides are out to screw us we may have a shot at righting the ship.

I am not a Franken fan, so I am admittedly biased against him. But I am all for the truth. Let there be an honest investigation. If his voters want still want him after the investigation, then so be it. He was elected to represent certain folks, let them decide.
