Seems to be the crime de jour these days.

Those guys that do the forensics know the facts, but we've had so many probes and attacks - including a 15 yr old that hacked DOD years ago - that I keep an open mind. I've read it's easy to attribute to someone else by code intentionally, and it confuses things. All outside my knowledge base. I know Amy from Credit Card Services and Medical Services, The Car Warranty folks, and others spoof calls to make them appear on POTS as being from local prefix.
