In spite of the constitution and court decisions, several politicians still insist on writing bogus laws against the citizens. There should be some penalty against those individuals.

Agreed. I also endorse action taken against jurists who repeatedly join in opinions that are reversed by SCOTUS. Their inability to follow the legal principles established by the highest court indicates incompetence, if not rebellion. SCOTUS should have power to punish the more outrageous decisions from lower courts.
