PO1 William "Chip" Nagel I will complete the video later. But, I cleaned from it at the onset that since the 1950s the US has been the lead country dictating how nuclear weapons would be handled. But, do it seems in the 21st century that has changed with enemies of the state dictating what they wi and will not do with their nuclear capabilities.
