Absolutely not random. Indeed, every time we build a more powerful telescope to peer deeper into the limitless universe, or a more powerful microscope to peer deeper into the subatomic structures, we discover order, repeated order in everything. Although the theory of everything remains tantalizingly out of reach, we know it's there. Some will find it in science. Some will find it in their beliefs. But it's there. I'm certain of it. I wonder at it and I worship it, not as an omnipotent manipulator, but rather as a lawgiver. Ultimately, both science and religion strive to make sense of that law and that order, while we are left to wonder at it, even in music created seemingly at random by birds on a wire

I find this really interesting. I wonder if I have ever seen 5 wires together so I could do such a thing. Since I have no musical talent and very little creativity I might just let the birds do the work
