SGT (Join to see) - I'm a "Vietnam Era" Veteran which Means I Came In Shortly Thereafter and I Swear My All E-4s thru E-6s All Smoked Weed and the Chiefs and Above were All Reformed or Unreformed Alcoholics.

My only question is how will OSHA comply with this when it comes to equipment operators? If someone in a warehouse typically causes an accident and whether someone is or isn't hurt its reported. Typically you're drug tested. If it comes back that you were high can you still be fired or disciplined in states where weed is legal?
