"Animal Farm" should be required reading for all college students, with tests to make sure they understand the message written in the story. Heck, add in Vonegutt's "slaughterhouse five" and "1984" to make it a threesome.

Reading is Fundamental. I have been an avid reader all my life, but it takes me a bit longer to finish a tome now days.

Oh, forgot one of my favorites that actually got it wrong. Humans can adapt, that is why we are here and so many other species have gone extinct. "Future Shock" by Alexander toffler.

MCPO Roger Collins - Dick was a good author. Need to add Heinlein, Arthur C. Clarke, Isaac Asimov, and Clifford D. Simak to your list of great Sci-Fi writers.

MCPO Roger Collins Toffler made a good living scaring the bejeezus out of people and being very wrong. Why didn't I think of that?
