Good video Chip! I just finished going through USCC's Joint Cyberspace Operational Planners Course (JCOPC) and play in the same terrain. All branches of service have been working on info dominance for over a decade. Information is a big part of new warfighting....but it also was used in the Civil War, and earlier, George Washington was our first spymaster and HUMINT agent handler.
