Let me see if I got this right, an American citizen working in a foreign country which executes prisoners at the drop pf the hat is caught with drugs and we are supposed to do what? Contractors are not covered in a the SOFA. I am having a hard time feeling sorry for anyone that visits these shit holes, does something illegal and is surprised that they are in a a world of shit. It must be because they think they can get away with anything like here in the US.
