Interesting article. One thing I have noticed is they do not track Latino/Hispanic religious preferences very well in this country. Additionally, they tend to mix Latino/Hispanics with White/Caucasion a lot. Not sure why that is but it is strange as I think they are the second or third largest group in this country.
You can definitely see the impact of Immigration from South of the Border into Texas socially. First pillar to fall were the ridiculous Taliban style restrictive Liquor Laws. Second you can definitely see the Catholic Church is on a Church building binge in North Texas over the last two decades. More changes to come I am sure.
