panic can cause stress, and stress reduces your ability to fight the virus; it's better to avoid high traffic areas but eat 4-5 balanced feedings a day, high healthy fats, and vitamin C's with last feed so reboot immune system during night (drop the devices). Stay calm and Stay away from all white and processed foods that are high in sugar and of course avoid uncle Al (alcohol), all of these cause huge shifts with dehydration. this man died trying to save others, big heart! They won't catch all cases here in US.
