I had to read their logic to figure this out. it appears based on the idea that Jewish people can "pass" as non-Jewish while black people can't pass as white. That sentiment, while seems true, is based on a false assumption. The Nazis went to great lengths to ensure that Jewish people indeed could not "pass" for being non-Jewish. Some Jewish people were able to "pass" to be sure, but the Nazi's really, really tried to make it so it couldn't happen very often.
