Clarifying that the company is "not removing any products from sale", the spokesperson told MEAWW, "We would like to clarify that we have not removed any sets from sale. The misunderstanding is the result of an email that was sent on our behalf to members of our affiliate marketing programme."
The statement further reads, "The intent of the email was to ask that they pause promoting and marketing a selection of LEGO products on their sites. We paused all marketing across our own social channels earlier this week in response to the tragic events in the US. We regret any misunderstanding and will be clearer about our intentions in the future."

LTC Eugene Chu - Pulling advertising or pulling product is the same in my book. They are politicizing a child's toy. How about we just let kids be kids.
I don't care if I agree with a corporate social/political position or not. I'm not interested in Businesses or Hollywood, or Sports celebrities telling me how to behave and what to believe. They most certainly have the right to exercise their free speech and I most certainly have the right to spend my money with someone who isn't trying to be my morality mentor. Once a company or celebrity goes political, regardless of their position, I don't patronize them anymore.
