Anti-gay Harlem pastor could lose church to LGBT homeless youth shelter

Many of us on here spend a lot of time talking in negative tones about Islam and the so called violence it "produces". In this case, violence isn't so much physical, but mental. Here is a Christian pastor who has a venue in an important part of Harlem, and instead of spreading the word to bring people together, he uses his position as a vehicle of hate. He is a shining example along with Westborough Baptist where it's NOT the religion that is bad; but those who interpret the religion who are worthless. This paragraph is exactly why some people have issues with all religions "“I believe that before this building is ever inhabited by any sodomite, homosexual, f***t group, that men will be carrying babies in their balls and giving birth out of their a**holes before this building will be ever used by f*****s, that’s what I believe,” he said. “Now, if that’s possible they can get it. But if it ain’t possible, it ain’t going to happen". I'm not a Father, Rabbi, Imam, or Reverend, but I DAMN SURE know one thing in life and that God doesn't care about who you sleep with, how much money you make, how beautiful your spouse is, or a litany of things people seem to flock to. God only cares about YOU. He wants the best for you, will test you, and when he deems you ready, he's going to bring you home for eternity. This Pastor embarrasses me to no end. It's not a black, white, Christian or anything else, but a moment of PURE ignorance that makes good people look bad.
