"Anyone, anyone" teacher from Ferris Bueller's Day Off

How funny that I was listening to National Public Radio and they were playing the audio of Ben Stein's boring economy lesson in tariffs from Ferris Bueller's Day Off and explaining how the 1930 Tariff Act plunged the world into a worse depression. Remember, the Great Depression fostered the rise of Nazism in Germany., Ferris Bueller's Day Off is one of my favorite movies!

I'm glad our president is not into carbon taxes like Canada, the European Union, California and other countries because it's going to limit economic growth and carbon taxes are not going to change the world's climate because we are in between ice ages. The progressive scientists all have a 97% agreement because in their socialistic field of study, those who disagree with climate change are kicked out of the field. Climate change is an excuse by Progressive to tax the hell out of you to fund their agendas. Even if we stopped all use of carbon-based natural gas, gasoline and coal, the temperature of the Earth would drop 2/10 of 1% Celsius over the next 50 years.

Tariffs and carbon taxes are very similar to each other because they forced prices to rise causing a ripple effect throughout the economy. Bad for everyone! Good thing that our president Trump doesn't buy into the progressive scientific junk science. Hopefully, we don't have tariffs or a trade war between China and other countries.
