'Apathetic Safety Mentality' Cited In Fort Hood Wreck That Killed 9

As a person with a large amount of safety training... I can only say you can't teach common sense. You can teach everything else, a bear to ride a bicycle, a chicken to play the piano, but you can't teach common sense. I feel for the families of all those who had go in such a pointless way.

That is a very bad accident but I guess the punishment fits the crime
