This is one of the reasons why I consider myself a California refugee. The liberals on this court are trying to strip our rights away and the focus right not is on the 2nd Amendment. Support the NRA and other gun rights organizations. The fight is now out in the open.

I don't know why it's not argued to be a form as privacy such as a bottle of liquor in a paper bag. Citizens have the right to privacy and against unlawful search and seizure. May not be the end of hearing about it.

This is just the beginning of hearing about it. This is nearly as old as the Bible.

What nobody can give a reason to hide the gun they carry? No imaginary friends when you were a kid.
All they say you have to write a reason to hide it. What restriction is that??

SGT (Join to see) - The decision by an 11-member panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals means counties in California may require individuals to prove they have “good cause” such as a threat to their safety before they are issued a concealed weapons permit.

That's funny. Sure they all will have cause for protection because of ----. Fill in the blank.

Here is the problem. An applicant has to have "good cause" to carry. However, in many counties in California, there is no circumstance where "good cause" would apply. In other words, there is never any "good cause."

I know this is fact in LA County and other Southern California counties. I used to process CCW applications in LA County and our instructions where that all applicants gets rejected. Unless your a judge or a friend of the Sheriff.

The reason that the lawsuit was filed is because very few CCW's were issued. The success rate was less than 01% of all applicants.
