According to the Constitution, they don't have to and it would not be a good thing to let the government get away with forcing them to.

TSgt Dan Sawn - And, secondly, where does it say you have to provide the FBI the keys to let them search something? A warrant simply says they can and you can't act to prevent them, it doesn't say anything about you being required to provide them the means to do so!

TSgt Dan Sawn - Obviously you haven't taken any law classes! Obstruction of justice is preventing law enforcement from doing something. It is NOT obstruction of justice to refuse to give over a key to something, only to prevent them from attempting to open said object.
