This is one nasty "joke". And I love the "degree of accuracy" in predicting where it will land: "Somewhere" between 43 degrees North Latitude and 43 degrees South Latitude. Well, that sets my mind at ease...

Too many variables ranging from axis of rotation to a solar activity to be any more accurate,
Even with a smooth object of uniform dimensions and an atmosphere that is predicable the modeling would be hard, But this so many thing that are in practical term unknowable accurate is just impossible,
