Chi-Chi's was one of the first national mexican food places. Only place to get mexican food in Boston area back in late 70s. White Tower was a White Castle rip off, only ate there once and wasn't impressed. Kenny Roger's had decent chicken, but think the market was just too saturated with chicken places.

I remember Burger Chef! They couldn't compete with Burger King I guess. They all disappeared when I was pretty young.
