Arizona State Fair Stolen Valor, Black Ops, Chasing ISIS In Arizona

Ok so my question is, where are people getting insignias and duty patches? Is the DOD allowing people to buy them or something just to intentionally irritate actual service people?
Last I checked you had to have your certificates of completion in order to order certain patches! Idk maybe a lot changed in the last 9 years. Thanks for sharing RallyPoint Shared Content
