Army, Air Force Struggle to Finalize New Deploy-or-Out Policy

Considering the Army can’t currently meet it’s recruiting goals, I wonder how this will all play out.

I tried to say this before on another thread, but two know it all's said no that is not what they are looking at. The problem is a big number is paper work drill stuff, they are trying to stop the last minute medical and formal paper work issues that are placing troops on none deployed statues across the service. The other is it is a least for the Navy all personnel meaning doesn't matter if they are on Sea duty deploy every 12 months for a six month deployment, Ship, Squadron, Sub, Battalion, Team what ever Type one or Type Two Sea duty and then they want all Shore duty personnel also deployed ready. The Shore duty is problem for the Navy, they go away and think they are on shore duty, but they are still deployable. I would say the same for Airforce, don't know if Army has that type of duty, but I believe they do.
