Army approves 'camo out' rolled sleeves, year-round

Tried it out this morning... not sure how I feel about it. It for sure doesn't mesh with the uniform layout very well. And I love the part where it says it's the CDR's discretion. I think that for something like this, there should be a blanket order on dates and/or temperatures. It keeps everyone uniform.

Leaders... regardless of what you think about the policy, practice getting it right and police your troops. Rolled sleeves look absolutely ate-up if they aren't done correctly.
