Ridiculous and most definitely a clear violation of the Feres Doctrine. My Guess he is planning on Running as a Republican when he is thrown out of the Military and He will be right up there Wayne Simmons FOX's CIA Expert going to Jail for Fraud.

I know that this will not get any traction as there is no real base on this case, but it will be very interesting to see if it actually made some headlines and the response to this should be epic.
