New rules for promotion. A new evaluation for enlisted soldiers. Updates to retirement, Tricare and (finally, perhaps?) Army fitness. More missions overseas. Women in the infantry.
Soldiers can expect 2016 to be one epic year of transformation, unmatched in the last 20 years.

SGT (Join to see) wow thanks for posting, its going to take some time reading. More transformation than any other year in 20 years. Wow! Great update and important information for our beloved Army.
