The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) announced today their development of a hybrid man-machine soldier that can become a booze-soaked, homeless wreck more quickly than humans, exceeding Defense Department goals.
Engineers at DARPA designed the Cybernetic-Human Integrated Patrol Infantryman (CHIPI) for the Army and assigned it the Military Occupational Specialty 11T (Terminator). CHIPI performed admirably as an infantry killing machine during his first assignment in Afghanistan.

I have two of them that learn to smoke pot when they were teenagers and now they're just like the cyborg. Stay up all night sleep all day sick feel sorry for themselves but never listening to our orders or guidance. And they're just like a cat they only come back when they want something namely money for cigarettes and we say no! Finally they go to welfare in Canada and they get accepted and they still come back and ask us for money! And we still say no!
