That seems like very good news SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL that the "Army has launched a new NCO Writing Excellence Program to boost soldiers’ writing skills and stimulate discussions on key issues for noncommissioned officers."
Hopefully censorship will limit the free flow of ideas of non-security sensitive information.

Excellent Idea. Best Experience of my Life was Attending Telecommunications Managers School in Pensacola, FL. Mostly what it was Advanced Writing School.
