Army Major: "We're Killing These Kids, We're Breaking The Army!"

SSG Diane R.-I think it's a damn shame after rebuilding the Army from its lowest point,read Vietnam,(the Army I served in for three short years ) now being used all over the World as some sort of fire brigade putting out the flaming mistakes of our incompetent politicians.....Damn shame

I think it would be more apt to say that the military writ-large is "killing these kids" with terrible nutrition, appalling lack of sleep, and poorly conceived training regimens that strain the joints and ligaments.

If we actually ran our military like a professional sports program our soldiers would last longer and wouldn't burn out as fast.

I can say the same for the Air Force too SSG Diane R.
