DTMS is known to be near impossible to input data efficiently or keep up to date and also known to be completely unreliable for reporting purposes.
MEDPROS is only slightly better, often requiring updates to be input three or four times to get it to actually update - and then maybe dump that data and revert to cached data at whim.
