That is an interesting idea although usually most Military people I've seen are able to place their insignia properly. certainly inspections visual or in formation should ID those that don't. I guess though it won't hurt to have another check and insure before important events, board appearance etc. everything is perfect. Something handy and easy to use to check that everything is squared away and where it belongs.
